Salad trio- 3 fresh salads, Carrot salad, Kale, Sunflower seed with stone ground corn chips. Orange lentil soup. |

Tofu wrap with dressing & salad. |
Vegan lasagna made with wheat pasta topped with two layers of our hearty soy meat substitute in a rich tomato sauce and then topped with our signature Soy Cheez. Steamed Broccoli seasoned with garlic and onions or raw broccoli salad. |

Smoked Seitan, kale and carrot wrap. Hot soup. |
Sautéed tofu in a broccoli brown sauce with steamed green beans. |

Surprise meal. |
Salmon-less croquette’s. Brown vegetable rice and sautéed spinach. |
