Carrot and tofu salad on a bed of kale.

Spinach Quiche made with fresh spinach layered in our home made wheat crust topped with our Soy Cheez.  Sautéed corn and kale salad.  

 

Tuesday

Taco wrap with our delicious soy meat substitute and garden salad.  Black beans and rice.

Jalapeno Cheez on the side.

 

Salad trio- 3 fresh salads, Carrot salad, Kale, Sunflower seed with stone ground corn chips.  Orange lentil soup.

Wednesday

Tofu wrap with dressing & salad.

 

Vegan lasagna made with wheat pasta topped with two layers of our hearty soy meat substitute in a rich tomato sauce and then topped with our signature Soy Cheez.  Steamed Broccoli seasoned with garlic and onions or raw broccoli salad.

 

Thursday

Smoked Seitan, kale and carrot wrap.  Hot soup.

 

Sautéed tofu in a broccoli brown sauce with steamed green beans.

 

Friday

Surprise meal.

 

Salmon-less croquette’s.  Brown vegetable rice and sautéed spinach.

 

Saturday

BBQ Seitan wrap.  Kale Salad.

 

 

Greens cooked with fresh garlic, onions and herb seasonings.  Vegan Mac & Cheez and glazed carrots.

 

Sunday

Orange lentil and bean curd soup.  Garden salad with dressing.  Scallion corn bread.

 

Smoked Seitan in brown gravy.

Baked potato & Soy Cheez.  Steamed broccoli & kale salad.

 

 

$120 per week, with seven free green smoothies for the morning.
